  • If you can’t remember your password, simply go to the log in page and click on the link. We’ll send a new password to your email account. You can then change it to a new one if you wish.
• I’ve been trying to look at an offer but I can’t log in or get past the opening pages. How can I do this?
  • To access an offer’s full details, you need to be a MasterCard Gold, Platinum or Titanium cardholder and have registered as a Moments member. You can register here. Once you’re a member, you’ll have access to the specific details of the offer including prices.
• How do I cancel my membership?
  • You can unsubscribe from Moments communications via the link at the bottom of your email. Or simply click here to unsubscribe.
• How do I update my details?
  • To update your details, simply log in and follow the prompts.
• How can I check the availability of the offers?
